Called round to look at a VW Tiguan. Met with Josh, No hassle and no pressure left us alone to have a good look around it. checked we were OK and offered us a test drive which we did on our own. He had some good quality cars on site and we took a fancy to this one. After the test drive spoke to Josh again and came up with a good deal on our part exchange ( we would have like more but then we all do!) but it was a deal that worked for both of us. Arranged to collect car a week later and I am more than happy with the quality of the car and the service we received from Josh. Would I recommend this place to purchase your next car....dam right I would!

After visiting 2 other garages in the search of a car and feeling deflated, I found 2 cars I was interested in test driving at Greenhill Autos.
It was a Saturday evening, I sent a message via WhatsApp in the hope I could make an appointment to view on the Sunday. Such an easy process made by John. As soon as I arrived at the garage I knew which car I was going to purchase. Both were immaculate inside and out.
John is very friendly and knowledgeable, not pushy at all. My partner and I left on the Sunday feeling very happy and both said “what a lovely man”.

I didn’t actually end up buying a car from Greenhill Autos - but have to say what great customer service I experienced whilst considering buying one of his cars (which wasn’t in the end quite what I was looking for). John was very friendly, helpful and professional in my dealings with him and I would highly recommend buying a car from him based on my own experience.

I would definitely recommend Greenhill Autos. I purchased a Mini Cooper from them on 3 January 2022. From my initial enquiry to purchase the process was quick and John and his team were helpful, friendly, professional but not pushy.
I saw the car advertised over Christmas, I called to ask if the car had a particular feature and John checked and called me back quickly. Car was immaculate inside and out and I completed the purchase and drove away same day. Only delay was waiting in John’s office whilst my bank security decided to delay authorising payment, seemingly they were reluctant that I should spend my money but all sorted in the end.

just bought a fantastic Honda civic was a pleasure to deal with the car was presented in immaculate condition fully serviced and with four new tyres even tho existing ones were ok drove the car 200 miles home and i can say is in top notch condition

Just bought a Golf GTI from Grenhill Motors, what a simple easy process that was, John provided excellent customer service, was not pushy when went to view motor. He even bought my Peugeot RCZ from me at a decent price. My car was well prepared and ready for me to pick up. John has sorted all paper work out, thank you. Long way to go to buy a car from Kettering, but worth it. Highly recommend.

Amazing friendly service, very well presented car (showroom standard), no pushy selling, no hidden extra costs (admin fees, special polish finish, superior interior valet - these were added as extras at a couple of dealers that we went to even thought we didn't want them), took time to help me sort out the features on the car (tuned the radio, set up my phone - as a very 'mature' customer, this was a huge help). Had to phone a couple of times for help with minor issues and John could not have been more helpful, took full responsibilty and got it all sorted. Cannot recommend John highly enough, Greenhill Autos certainly get my seal of approval.
